How To Use

How to Use LineTab

Start with a one-time shock, then keep your waterlines clean with every refill.

Getting Started

To begin using LineTab, your waterlines must first be shocked. LineTab is formulated to prevent new microbial growth in clean systems, but it is not designed to remove existing biofilm. Performing an initial shock ensures your lines start at a baseline of 0 CFU/mL, allowing LineTab to maintain safety and compliance moving forward.

Safety Note

Do NOT use splash-free bleach.

If using bleach with 5.25% - 6.25% sodium hypochlorite, mix 1 part bleach with 9 parts water.

If using bleach with 7% - 8.25% sodium hypochlorite, mix 1 part bleach with 13 parts water.

Optional

Use this tool if you need to calculate a dilution for a different bleach concentration.

Enter the bleach percentage listed on your bottle (example: 6.5).
